Even as I write, there will be children all over
the country being found murdered, or abducted by someone who should have been behind bars.

However, because of some insane judges decision, and his failure to keep offenders
off of our streets after given an opportunity
to do so, these predators have been allowed to roam the streets of our cities and towns.

They are now preying on our innocent children,
and destroying the life's of law abiding citizens forever.

When a judge is presented an opportunity to place someone behind bars, and protect our children,
but yet fail to do so, it has cost a child's life because of their inability to recognize the risk of a dangerous offender.

That is unacceptable, and our congressmen and women need to recognize the fact that we as citizens, demand immediate change in how the courts can better assure us of a safer environment for our women and children.

Check out this statistic: The majority of the killers -- 53 percent -- were known to have committed prior crimes against children, the most common being sexual assaults.

Who Will Be The Next Child Murdered ?

The Judicial System has turned it's back,
And has fallen to deafness and stone,
Ignoring the pain and heartaches,
That are filling America's homes.

They have failed to protect our children,
Who instead are being offered as bait,
To be snatched up beaten and murdered,
When the Justice System waited too late!

If we the citizens fail at our jobs,
We are warned and then promptly dismissed,
Not so with men of the System,
They're allowed to be lax and amiss.

To say that our children are safe on our streets,
Is like saying an elk would be safe from a lion,
The Justice Systems failure to lock up the men,
Who have high potential for our children dying.

The shameful fact is, judges are given a chance,
To keep predators locked up behind bars,
But have chosen instead to betray all our kids,
And allow killers to abduct from their cars.

So the weeks, the months, and the years go by,
And yet our voices are still not heard,
It's almost as if our cries for justice,
Are being looked upon as being absurd!

We sit back in anger as the victims list grows,
And discuss it with all of our friends,
Criticizing the failure of the System once more,
For its failure to change laws with amends.

It is time we as parents speak up for our dead,
And for all victims whose life's have been shattered,
By a judge who was hired to protect us from evil,
But instead seems to think it doesn't matter!
