The Laughable Game

Pull up a chair and let's all watch the show,
We'll see if it's a re run or not,
Oh look!..Another war to observe,
More bodies to fall and let rot!

But wait!...We haven't seen when it started,
Did these countries ever live in peace?
Israeli's and Palestinian's die for religion,
This war will never cease.

Oh well...let's all switch channels,
And see what we'll find coming next,
My god!...That's the face of a president,
Man!...He sure looks perplexed.

They say he invaded a country,
With wild dreams of setting up house,
From what I understand it backfired,
Now the flames are impossible to dowse!

I know!...Let's watch CNN,
They apparently sell real good shows,
They're known for their awesome graphics,
Highlighting wars wherever they go!

Now here's a channel worth tuning!
An evangelist trying to get rich,
He claims to be working for Jesus,
What a deceitful S.O.B!

Well...let's try and check out one more,
They appear to be much the same,
Hey now!...Here's something worth watching,
It says mankind is a laughable game!
