Drunken Driver How many lifes have been taken away, By those who have driven drunk? No less than Killers driving our streets, Ending innocent lifes by the bunch. The ones who Kill yet live themselve's, Are knocking families to their knees, Left to grieve in pain for a lifetime, Their loved ones no more to see. The law does not protect against, These Kllers at the wheel, For when it's time to face the courts, They're given another appeal! Let's try to just imagine, The loss of our loved ones life, To such a selfish horrendous act, Who has paid a Killers price. When driving drunk and blinded, No responsibility do they show, These demons who drive so aimlessly, Snuffing out life wherever they go. I cannot feel the loss inside, And pray that I never will, If a child of mine lost their life, Then mine would surely stand still.
