Time and time again, the Judicial System has cost the life
of another innocent child.
The ignorance and reluctance to protect society against the
deranged men who are released
from behind prison bars,
to prey on our youth and adults, has led to the
discovery of an eleven
year old girl,
Carlie Brucia from Sarasota Florida.
Her body was discovered of all places, in a
church parking lot not far from where she had been
abducted.
This man, who 6 years earlier had been acquitted in the
abduction and kidnapping of a
20 year old
female in Manatee County in Florida.
The reason for his acquittal, was that he believed
that the woman in question, was about to harm herself,
and that he was simply jumping on top of her
to save her life!
The young ladies testimony was, that he had leaped on her
and told her to shut up,
or he would cut her!
Who would you believe??
Since 1993, this evil deranged being had been arrested no less
than 13 times on various convictions,
and at
the time of this murder was on parole, and
was in violation of his probation order.
His probation officer had asked a judge on December 30th of 2003,
to have this murderer declared in
violation of his,
probation, for not honouring unpaid fines and court costs.
The judge declined to find him
in violation,
thus allowing the demon to remain free on the streets.
The judges name who refused to put
this man in jail,
is Circuit Judge Harry Rapkin.
You live with it Harry, glad I don't have to!

Dedicated To The Family And Loved Ones Of Carlie Brucia:
1993-2004
Carlie, our hearts stopped to weep for you today,
There are no words to describe our deep grief,
The news from God's angels had whispered your fate,
We stand frozen in tears and disbelief.
Your blonde hair and blue eyes will no longer shine,
Nor will you light up a room with your smile,
Your lifeless body lay slumped in a church yard,
From the hands of a demon so vile!
Your voice will no longer carry laughter in the air,
Roller skating and hanging out with friends,
Your dreams of becoming a rising pop star,
Like Jennifer Lopez has tragically come to end.
Warm hugs that you shared in greeting your pals,
Have now vanished and lay cold like a stone,
The respect for your parents and teachers you showed,
Now standing speechless and feeling alone.
Your best friend and classmate named Natalie,
Now cries from the news of your fate,
Through her tears she remembers the walks you shared,
And the smile always present for your mates.
The kind loving child the world needed more of,
Has now left us to return never more,
Countless hearts left behind are now aching,
Remembered lovingly and missed by scores.
The Lord and His angels have welcomed you home,
No more sadness and hurt will you feel,
I can see the look in your blue sparkling eyes,
When you found out that Heaven is real.
